1 package water-packed reduced-fat firm tofu , drained
cooking spray
1 teaspoon dark sesame oil
1 cup thinly sliced shiitake mushroom caps
1 1/2 teaspoons minced peeled fresh ginger
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
2 garlic cloves , minced
4 cups thinly sliced swiss chard
1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds , toasted
2 teaspoons low sodium soy sauce
This Tofu and Swiss Chard Stacks recipe is an amazing vegan meal that can be eaten at lunch or dinner. Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C).

5.Brush the tops of the tofu slices with the soy sauce mixture; set aside.

8.Sauté for 5 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender.
