Ingredients

1 cup caster sugar
3 eggs
2 1/2 cups plain flour , sifted
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
150 g whole almonds , toasted and roughly chopped
100 g toblerone chocolate , chopped

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F).
2.Line a baking tray with baking paper.

5.Knead for 5 minutes, or until dough is smooth.

9.Using a serrated knife, slice biscotti into 1cm slices.
10.Place biscotti back on the baking tray and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until crisp and golden. Allow to cool before serving.
