Ingredients

1 lb phyllo dough
3 eggs
1/2 lb feta cheese , crumbled
4 ounces ricotta cheese
4 ounces cream cheese
salt and pepper
1/2 lb butter , melted

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 375°F.

6.Repeat this process with the remaining phyllo dough and cheese mixture.
7.Brush the tops of each rolled Tiropites with melted butter and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
