Ingredients

2 cups strong coffee , cooled
1/4 cup Kahlua
1/4 cup marsala
200 g ladyfingers ( savoiardi )
2 liters vanilla ice cream , softened
150 g grated dark chocolate
Tiramisu Ice-Cream Cake is a frozen dessert that takes its inspiration from the classic Italian Tiramisu dessert. It's made by layering soaked ladyfingers with softened vanilla ice cream and grated chocolate. Instructions

1.Combine the coffee, Kahlua, and marsala in a shallow dish.
2.Quickly dip the ladyfingers, one at a time, into the coffee mixture, and arrange in a single layer in the base of a 20cm springform cake pan.
3.Spoon half of the ice cream over the ladyfingers and sprinkle with half of the grated chocolate.
4.Repeat layering with ladyfingers, ice cream, and chocolate.
5.Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
6.Remove from the freezer and allow to soften slightly before serving.
