17 ounces mascarpone cheese
1/4 cup confectioners ' sugar
2 tablespoons sweet marsala wine
2 teaspoons cornstarch
3 large egg yolks , at room temperature
bittersweet chocolate , finely chopping , for serving or garnish

Instructions
