Ingredients

1/2 cup sugar

1 1/4 cups hot water
1 tablespoon instant espresso coffee powder

40 ladyfingers
1/2 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa

Instructions

1.In a large mixing bowl, mix together the sugar, nonfat cottage cheese, nonfat sour cream, dark rum and low-fat vanilla yogurt until all ingredients combine into a smooth consistency.
2.Add the neufchatel cheese to the mixture and whisk together until smooth.
3.In a separate mixing bowl, combine hot water and instant espresso coffee powder to make a coffee mix.
4.Dip each of the ladyfingers in the coffee mix and arrange them in a single layer at the bottom of an 8-inch square baking dish.
5.Pour half of the cheese mixture over the ladyfingers.
6.Repeat step 4 and 5.
7.Dust the top layer of the Tiramisu with unsweetened cocoa powder.
8.Chill the layered Tiramisu in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
