Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 325°F.

9.Prepare whipped topping by mixing Cool Whip and remaining instant coffee in a medium bowl. Beat for a few minutes until slightly fluffy.
10.Using a piping bag, add a swirl of whipped topping on top of each cooled cheesecake cupcake. Dust with cocoa powder to serve.
