Instructions

4.Preheat the oven to 375 F and spoon the pecan mixture into each pastry crust. Pour about 1 teaspoon of the egg mixture on top of each one.
5.Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown.
6.Remove from oven and let the pies cool completely before removing them from the muffin tin.
