Instructions

1.In a large pot, add the water, salt, pepper, oregano, garlic, onion, bay leaves, pork butt or shoulder and chorizo.

3.Remove the meat from the pan and pull apart with a fork. Reserve the cooking liquid.
4.In a separate pan, heat the oil and add the chopped onions and garlic. Cook until onions are translucent.

6.Add the reserved cooking liquid, chipotle chiles and the pulled meat.
