4 tilapia fillets or 4 chicken cutlets

4 tablespoons flour
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons morton natures seasoning or 1 1/2 teaspoons lawrys seasoning
1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

4.Add tilapia or chicken into the skillet, and cook for 3 minutes per side (or until golden brown and cooked through).
5.Remove tilapia or chicken from the skillet, and set aside.
6.Add chicken broth to the skillet, and stir, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
7.Add lemon juice and capers to the skillet, and stir to combine.
8.Add remaining butter to the skillet, and stir until the butter has melted and the sauce has thickened.
9.Return tilapia or chicken to the skillet, spooning the sauce over top.
10.Serve hot and enjoy!
