4 garlic cloves , thinly sliced
3 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper
lemon , for serving
chopped parsley ( to garnish )

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375F.
2.Dry the Tilapia fillets with a paper towel and then season both sides with salt and pepper.
3.In a skillet heat the olive oil and chopped garlic, stir until fragrant for about a minute.
4.Place the fillets in the skillet and cook for about 2 minutes per side
5.Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 8 to 10 minutes
6.Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges before serving
