Ingredients

2 cans black beans , rinsed and drained
2 cans diced tomatoes with jalapenos
1 can corn , rinsed and drained
1 can chickpeas , rinsed and drained
1 medium onion , chopped
1 teaspoon minced garlic
spicy black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes
2 teaspoons Pickapeppa Sauce ( optional )
1 -2 teaspoon hot curry paste , this is ( I use pataks brand ) ( optional )

4.Add spicy black pepper, cumin, and red chili pepper flakes. Stir.
5.If desired, add Pickapeppa sauce and hot curry paste.
6.Cover and let the stew simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking or burning.
7.Serve hot and top with your favorite garnish, such as chopped cilantro or sour cream.
