Ingredients

1 cup walnuts
1 cup pecans
1 1/2 cups almonds ( blanched or whole ) or 1 1/2 cups about 3/4 cup almond meal
1 1/2 cups soft whole wheat bread crumbs
3/4 cup minced onion
1/2 cup minced celery
3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
1 tablespoon minced fresh dill weed
1 teaspoon paprika
salt and pepper
3 eggs , beaten
2 cups skim milk

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F.
2.Pulse walnuts, pecans, and almonds in a food processor until finely ground.
3.Transfer nut mixture to a large bowl and stir in bread crumbs, onion, celery, parsley, dill weed, paprika, salt, and pepper.
4.In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and milk together.
5.Pour egg mixture into nut mixture and stir until fully combined.
6.Transfer mixture to a greased loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.
7.Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
