2 tablespoons italian seasoning
2 teaspoons garlic salt
1 teaspoon pepper
cooked spaghetti
This three-meat spaghetti sauce is perfect for anyone who loves a hearty, flavorful pasta dish. It's a spin on the classic meat sauce, using a combination of ground turkey, turkey sausage, and turkey pepperoni to pack in as much meaty goodness as possible. The sauce itself is thick and bold, with a rich tomato flavor that's perfect for coating strands of spaghetti or any other pasta you prefer. It's a great dish to make in a big batch and freeze for later meals.

Instructions

1.In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown the ground turkey, turkey sausage, and turkey pepperoni over medium heat. Drain any excess fat, then set aside.
2.Saute the onion in the same pot until translucent, then add back in the meat mixture.
3.Add the crushed tomatoes, water, tomato paste, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic salt, and pepper to the pot, stirring to combine.
4.Bring to a simmer over medium heat and let cook, stirring occasionally, for at least 30 minutes.
5.Serve over cooked spaghetti.

PROS

This spaghetti sauce is packed with protein and flavor, thanks to the three types of meat included.

It also freezes well, so you can make a big batch and have leftovers for later.

CONS

The use of three types of meat can make this a slightly more expensive recipe.

It also takes some time to simmer and develop all of its flavors, so plan accordingly.
