Ingredients

1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 -2 tablespoon peanut oil ( substitute , light olive oil )
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 -3 tablespoons of finely chopped green peppers ( substitute , 1tablespoon hot chili pepper )
2 cloves garlic , crushed
1/4 teaspoon sugar ( optional )
2 tablespoons peanut oil ( substitute , light olive oil )
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon red rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce ( I pefer the type with no sugar , see label on bottle for ingredients )
1 tablespoon peanut oil ( substitute , light olive oil )
1 tablespoon soup stock

Instructions

4.Pour hot oil onto the ginger and scallions mixture. Add green peppers, garlic, and sugar to the mix. Mix well.
5.Add soy sauce, red rice vinegar, and sesame oil. If necessary, adjust seasoning with salt.
6.For Light Soy Sauce and Oyster Sauce:
7.In a small pot, heat the peanut oil until hot. Take pot off heat and pour soy sauce and red rice vinegar into the pot. Stir.
8.Add sesame oil and oyster sauce to the pot. Mix well.
9.If necessary, adjust seasoning with salt.
10.For Light Soy Sauce and Chicken Broth Sauce:
11.Heat the peanut oil until hot. Pour soy sauce and red rice vinegar into the pot and mix well. Add the chicken broth and sesame oil and stir.
