10 -12 banana peppers ( mild may be substituted )
1 jar spaghetti sauce ( homemade is great , too )

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F.

4.Stuff each pepper with the cheese mixture, leaving some space at the top.

7.Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is slightly browned on top.
