Ingredients

1 package spaghetti
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese , divided
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup grated romano cheese
3 eggs , beaten
1 tablespoon olives or 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 teaspoons garlic powder
salt and pepper
2 jars spaghetti sauce
green pepper ( optional )
mushroom ( optional )
1 small diced red onion
1 lb lean ground beef or 1 lb ground turkey

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2.Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.

4.Drain spaghetti and mix it with the cheese mixture.

10.Add the remaining spaghetti and cheese mixture on top of the beef or turkey mixture.
11.Sprinkle the remaining shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the baking dish.
12.Cover the top of the baking dish with aluminum foil.
13.Bake for 30 minutes.
14.Remove the aluminum foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
