Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C.
2.In a bowl, mix together the dried fruit, brown sugar, and cold brewed tea until the sugar is dissolved.
3.Add the self-rising flour and well-beaten egg to the mixture and stir until well combined.
4.Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan and bake for 40-50 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center. Let cool before slicing and serving.
