1 apple , sliced
approx 1 tablespoon coconut sugar ( or rapadura sugar )

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F and grease a loaf tin.
2.Cut the apples and zucchini into cubes and then blend them in a food processor until smooth.
3.Add the coconut flour, baking powder, pitted dates, chia seeds, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, coconut oil, and sea salt to the mixture, and blend well.
4.Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf tin and arrange apple slices on top.
5.Sprinkle coconut sugar on top of the apple slices and bake the loaf for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
6.Let the loaf cool in the tin for 15 minutes before transferring it onto a wire rack to cool completely.
