Ingredients

3 tablespoons unsalted butter

The Whole (Chicken) Enchilada is a classic Mexican dish, which is perfect for a hearty dinner or a family gathering. Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F.
2.Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.

10.Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
11.Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
