1 skinless chicken breast , cooked
2 slices whole meal bread ( thin slices )
1 slice butter , softened
1/4 ripe avocado
1 lemon , juice of
2 slices prosciutto
watercress
1 vine ripened tomatoes , sliced

Instructions

1.Mash the avocado and mix with lemon juice. Spread on one slice of bread.
