2 eggs , lightly beaten
2/3 cup freshly grated romano cheese
1/3 cup minced fresh parsley
1/2 cup minced onion
2 garlic cloves , minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon basil
2 tablespoons olive oil
tomato sauce ( recipe to follow )
1 1 lb linguine or 1 lb fettuccine

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F.

3.Scoop out the mixture and roll into balls about 1-2 inches in diameter.
4.In a large pan, heat up the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the meatballs and cook until they are brown on all sides.
5.Transfer the meatballs to a baking dish, pour the tomato sauce over them and bake for 30-40 minutes.
6.While the meatballs are cooking, cook the pasta according to package instructions.
7.Once the meatballs are done, serve them with the pasta and enjoy!
