Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan) and grease a 24 cm loose-bottomed cake tin.
2.Melt the chocolate and butter in a bowl over a pan of simmering water. Stir occasionally.
3.Beat the eggs and sugar together until pale and then whisk the chocolate mixture into it.
4.Pour the mixture into the prepared cake tin and place it in a baking dish.
5.Pour in enough boiling water to come halfway up the side of the cake tin and bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes, or until set but wobbly in the centre.
6.Once it's baked, let it cool down before removing the tin and serve with whipped cream.
