1 can French fried onion rings

4 eggs
2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon dried mustard

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2.Grease a 9 inch pie dish and set aside.

7.In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, chili powder, and dried mustard.
8.Pour egg mixture into the pie dish.
9.Tear or cut remaining two tortillas into small pieces and sprinkle over the top of the egg mixture.
10.Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until quiche is set and top is golden brown.
11.Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
