5.Add the bunch of flat leaf parsley and lime quarters to the pan, transfer to the oven, and bake for 10 minutes until cooked through
6.While the chicken is in the pan, mix together the creme fraiche, mayonnaise, fresh gingerroot, garlic, shallot, olive oil, lime juice, and zest, and fresh gingerroot in a bowl
7.Serve the chicken with the sauce on top and enjoy
