4 medium eggplants
6 tablespoons tahini ( sesame paste )
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 medium tomatoes
2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
1 -2 tablespoon soy sauce
4 large red bell peppers
pita bread ( Optional )

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 400°F.

4.In a bowl, mix tahini and lemon juice together until the mixture thickens.
