2 cups canned diced tomatoes

1 1/2 teaspoons house seasoning ( full recipe is 1 cup salt , 1/4 cup black pepper and 1/4 cup garlic powder mixed )
1 1/2 teaspoons seasoning salt
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
2 bay leaves
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
9 lasagna noodles
12 ounces cottage cheese or 12 ounces ricotta cheese
1 large egg , beaten
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup gruyere cheese , grated
1 cup swiss cheese , grated
2 cups cheddar cheese , grated
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese , grated

Instructions

8.Spread 1/4 cup of the beef and tomato sauce mixture in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
9.Cover the beef and tomato sauce with 3 of the cooked lasagna noodles, then top with 1/3 of the cottage cheese mixture, 1/3 of the Gruyere, Swiss, and cheddar cheeses, and 1/3 of the mozzarella cheese.
10.Repeat layers with remaining ingredients, making sure to end with a layer of the beef and tomato sauce mixture on top.
11.Dice the cream cheese into small cubes and spread over the top layer of lasagna.
12.Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
13.Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
