Instructions

1.Start by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil.
2.Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
3.Add the celery, onion, and garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 5 minutes.
4.Next, add the cauliflower florets to the skillet and sauté for an additional 10 minutes or until they are tender and lightly browned.
