20 ounces frozen chopped spinach , thawed and well drained
1 jar artichoke hearts , drained and chopped
1 jar marinated roasted red peppers , drained ( strips )
6 ounces pitted ripe olives , drained
1 lb fresh mushrooms , sliced
8 ounces salami , thinly sliced
8 ounces provolone cheese , thinly sliced
8 ounces cooked ham , thinly sliced
1 egg ( plus 1 tbsp water to make an eggwash )

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.Grease a 9-inch cake pan.
3.Roll out the bread dough on a lightly floured surface to fit the pan.
4.Place the dough in the pan and press it up the sides to form a crust.
5.Layer the spinach, artichoke hearts, red peppers, olives, mushrooms, salami, provolone cheese, and ham in the crust.
6.Fold the edges of the dough over the top of the filling.
7.Brush the crust with eggwash.
8.Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the dough is golden brown and the filling is heated through.
