Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

4.Bake the bread pieces for 10-15 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy.
5.In a large bowl, toss together the romaine lettuce, diced tomatoes, chopped red and green onions, chopped avocado, and toasted slivered almonds.
6.In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the sugar, lemon juice, onion powder, Dijon mustard, salt, and 3 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil until the sugar dissolves.
7.Drizzle the dressing over the salad, and serve immediately.
