Instructions

1.In a small bowl, mix cumin, garlic powder, oregano, coriander, salt and pepper.
2.Rub spice mixture onto pork shoulder to coat.

4.Place pork in slow cooker, add onion, bay leaves, and chicken broth.
5.Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
6.Remove pork from slow cooker and shred with a fork.
