1 teaspoon vanilla , if not 1 tbsp of the imitation ( pure )
3 whole eggs
2 egg yolks
5 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
5 tablespoons sugar

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

9.To serve, run a knife around the edge of the dish to loosen the flan, then invert onto a serving plate.
