This stew is perfect for cold winter days, and its savory flavors will keep you coming back for more. The lamb is tender and juicy, while the vegetables provide texture and flavor. This recipe is easy to follow and provides a satisfying meal for any occasion.

4.Return the lamb chops to the casserole dish, placing them on top of the vegetables. Pour in the stock and add the thyme. Cover the dish with foil or a lid.
5.Put the dish into the oven and cook for 2 hours.
6.After 2 hours, remove the dish from the oven and add the potatoes. Cook for an additional hour or until the potatoes are tender.
