Instructions

.In a small saucepan on medium heat, mix together peanut butter, hoisin sauce, honey, red wine vinegar, minced ginger, garlic, soy sauce, chili sauce, oyster sauce, and water, stirring constantly until the ingredients are well blended and smooth. If the sauce is too thick, add additional water 1 tablespoon at a time.
.In a large skillet, heat olive oil until hot but not smoking. Add the cubed pork or chicken to the skillet and stir until cooked through. Chicken may take around 5 minutes to cook through.
.Add the peanut butter sauce to the skillet and mix with the chicken/pork until coated with sauce. Place the mixture aside.
.Preheat the oven to 300ºF. Heat frying oil in a heavy-bottomed pan until hot. Fry wonton wrappers, two at a time, until they are crispy and golden. Drain on paper towels and keep them warm in the oven.
.In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the chopped cabbage, carrots, red onion, green onions, cilantro, rice vinegar, and salt.
.Take one wonton wrapper and fill it with pork or chicken mixture and top it up with chopped vegetable mixture. Serve hot and enjoy!
