Instructions

1.In a pan, add brown sugar, rice wine, and rice wine vinegar. Heat until the sugar dissolves completely.
2.Add coconut milk, peanut butter, curry powder, and soy sauce. Stir well until the peanut butter is well blended.
3.Add minced ginger, garlic, chili sauce, fish sauce, and sesame oil.
4.Cook over low heat until the sauce is heated through and reaches the desired consistency. Stir occasionally while cooking.
