6 lbs chicken , quartered , rinsed and patted dry
8 leaves butter lettuce
2 medium tomatoes , quartered
2 medium cucumbers , sliced
1/2 red onion , sliced and separated into strips
1 1/2 cups rice vinegar
1/4 cup granulated sugar ( plus 2 tbsp . )
2 tablespoons garlic , minced
1 tablespoon chili-garlic sauce ( plus 1 tsp . )

Instructions
