Instructions

3.Pour the mixture into a greased cake pan and smooth the top.
4.Fill a large pot with 2 inches of water and bring to a boil. Place the cake pan on a rack in the pot and cover it with a lid.
5.Steam the cake for 30 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from heat and let cool before serving.
