Ingredients

10 pieces bread
3/4 cup shrimp , peeled and devein
1/4 cup ground pork
1 egg , beaten
2 teaspoons thin soy sauce
1 tablespoon cilantro , chopped
2 garlic cloves , minced
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
vegetable oil

Instructions

1.Soak bread for 5 minutes in water and then squeeze out the water.

3.Spread the shrimp and pork mixture evenly onto each piece of bread.
4.Heat vegetable oil in a pan.
5.Fry the shrimp toast in the pan with the mixture side facing down until golden brown.
6.Flip and cook the other side until also golden brown.
7.Drain the toast on a kitchen towel.
8.Serve hot with Thai sweet chili sauce.
