1 egg

butter or mayonnaise , as desired
1 medium mango , peeled and chopped
1 small red bell pepper , seeded and chopped
1/3 cup red onion , finely chopped
1/3 cup cilantro leaf , finely chopped
juice of one lime
1/4 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes
salt and pepper

Instructions
