Instructions

1.In a medium bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, rice vinegar, honey, water, soy sauce, sugar, kosher salt, cayenne pepper, and red pepper flakes until well-combined.
2.Slowly drizzle in the canola oil while whisking continuously until fully incorporated.
