1 1/4 cups fish stock , hot
2 tablespoons mascarpone
1/2 ounce flat leaf parsley , and cilantro , chopped and mixed
1 lb white crab meat
3 1/2 ounces parmesan cheese , grated
2 tablespoons heavy cream
1 lime , juice only
1 pinch black pepper
1 pinch salt

7.Stir in grated parmesan cheese, heavy cream, lime juice, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
