Ingredients

6 boneless skinless chicken breasts , about 2 lb
2 -3 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 cups mushrooms

1 pepper or 1 two small red chile , seeded and finely chopped
3 garlic cloves , minced
1/4 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes
1 1/4 cups chicken broth or 1 1/4 cups chicken bouillon
4 teaspoons fish sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
1 green onion , sliced
1/4 cup fresh basil , coasrse chopped ( or shredded )

Instructions
