2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 lime , juice of
2 green onions , sliced thin including green tops to garnish
4 pita pockets , whole
romaine lettuce leaf

Instructions

1.In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef, red bell peppers, ginger and garlic until the beef is browned.
2.Reduce heat to low and add red pepper flakes, cilantro, peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, and lime juice. Mix well.
3.Remove skillet from heat and set aside.
4.Cut the pita pockets in half and stuff each half with romaine lettuce leaves.
5.Add the beef stuffing and sliced green onions to each pita half.
6.Serve and enjoy!
