Rice wrapper sheets are used to encase the ingredients, making them a great healthy and gluten-free alternative to traditional fried spring rolls. These rolls are usually served with a peanut dipping sauce, but this recipe adds the complexity of Hoisin Sauce for a savory and sweet experience.

2.Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions, then strain and rinse under cold water.
3.Fill a large bowl with warm water and dip each rice wrapper sheet in the water until it softens.
