1 teaspoon hot chili paste , I prefer Sombel Oelek
1 lemon , zest of , grated
3 lbs chicken pieces , your choice

Instructions

1.In a food processor or blender, puree the cilantro, jalapenos, garlic, fish sauce, red curry paste, chili paste, and lemon zest until smooth.

3.Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight (the longer the better).
