8 tart apples , peeled cored and sliced in 8-10 wedges
3 lemons
2 cups sugar
2 cups water
2 tablespoons cinnamon
2 -4 tablespoons orange blossom water

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F.

5.Pour half of the syrup over the apples and toss to coat.
