Instructions

1.In a bowl, combine Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, bay leaves, minced garlic, celery salt, black pepper, and liquid smoke (optional). Rub the mixture all over the beef brisket.
2.Heat canola oil in a pan. Add onion and minced garlic, cook until onion is soft. Add ketchup, molasses, cider vinegar, chili powder, and ground mustard. Mix well for a min.
