2 - 2 1/2 lbs beef
1 cup salad oil
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup prepared mustard
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 cloves garlic , minced
1/2 cup onion , chopped

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, mix together the salad oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, mustard and black pepper.
2.Add in minced garlic and chopped onion and mix.
3.Place the steak into the marinade and coat well.
4.Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours, or overnight.
5.Preheat your grill to high heat. Remove the steak from the marinade and discard excess.
6.Cook the steak on the grill to desired done-ness.
