2 tablespoons flour
2 cups evaporated milk

7.Gradually whisk in milk and reserved 1 tablespoon jalapeno liquid.
8.Cook, whisking constantly, 3 to 4 minutes or until mixture is thickened and bubbly.
9.Layer potatoes and 1 1/2 cups cheese in a 13- x 9-inch baking dish; pour milk mixture over cheese.
10.Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
11.Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 35 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned on top.
