Ingredients

4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
4 slices bacon
7 limes
2 bunches fresh cilantro
4 ears fresh corn
1 can black beans
2 jalapenos ( optional )
1 cup monterey jack cheese , shredded
salt and pepper , if desired

Instructions

6.Salt and pepper to taste, and sprinkle shredded monterey jack cheese and fresh cilantro leaves on top.
